MEDIA LAUNCHED Bravo Empowered Women Awards

A collaborative project between the Zonta Club of Makati and Environs (ZCME) and Security Bank, the awards are held every two years to honor women whose work exemplifies leadership, dedication, and a lasting impact on society.
The event was graced by notable figures, including Past President and Bravo founder Mita Rufino, who emphasized the importance of recognizing women who inspire positive change. ZCME President Joanne Zapanta Andrada also addressed the audience, sharing the club’s commitment to advancing gender equality and community service.
ZCME Bravo Committee Chair, Aileen Ruiz Zarate, took center stage to discuss the category and criteria for selecting the esteemed winners. She shared valuable insights into the thorough and meticulous process that ensures only the most deserving individuals and organizations are recognized.
Also joining the panel was Tanya Ansaldo Deakin, the First Vice President for Corporate Communications at Security Bank. She warmly welcomed the press, guests, and other attendees, expressing her gratitude for their presence and ongoing support of the event.
