Our candidate is Elgene Bermudez who just graduated cum laude last May 2024 from Ateneo De Manila University with a degree in BS Applied Mathematics with specialization in Mathematical Finance. She is applying for the scholarship to take her Masters in Applied Mathematics Major in Mathematical Finance starting June 2025 with a clear objective to work towards the practical application of her knowledge in business management. She aspires to be a Financial Analyst involved in working towards innovation to develop data-driven financial models for decision making and inclusive participation. This candidate has proof, through the information she has submitted, of her wholistic integration of volunteer and other activities in her academic field consistent with her business perspective: She participated in Aiducation International e-Mentoring program of the National University of Singapore Enterprise Summer Program in Entrepreneurship, The Synpulse Project Management Academy, the Swiss Re Start-up Academy while being an active volunteer in the Frontliners Kitchen who mobilized action during donation drives.
